At every third AGM of RECI all the directors retire from office. All retiring directors from whatsoever source shall beeligible for re-election and/or re-appointment in accordancewith clause 33c of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Leinster, 3. Munster. If you wish to nominate someone you consider suitable as a director of RECI please complete the nomination form supplied with the RECI April 2007 newsletter. Candidates must be proposed and seconded by registered contractors in the appropriate region.
