RECI

From time to time it comes to our attention that a nonregistered electrical contractor or a former RECI registered contractor is using the RECI logo on his van or his stationery.

This of course is illegal and we always put these matters in the hands of our solicitors to take legal action against the persons concerned.

Should any registered contractor or other reader of the RECI newsletter have clear evidence of such misrepresentation (such as a copy of an advertisement and details of its source) it should be referred to the General Manager of RECI who will take appropriate action.
