Q.  I am enquiring as to the possibility of locating 2 separate switchboards (not mechanically or electrically connected) fed from two completely sub-stations in the same switch room.  Does this contravene any particular rules or regulations?

A.  I know of no rule to prevent you from doing this provided you label the boards correctly indicating how they are fed.This can be verified by ringing ETCI at 01-6239903. (Response from RECI)

Q.  What are the advantages of using FP400 as opposed to FP200 Gold Fire Alarm cabling?
