The SR range of cabinets represent a complete offer of monobloc enclosures for constructing small and medium-sized electrical switchgear for automation, operation, control and distribution.
Their most common use is for construction of switchgear for operation and control of industrial machines, automated production lines or parts of these, on-board machine switchgear installations, boilers, heating plants and others. The cabinets also allow construction of secondary distribution switchgear thanks to the possibility of installing the whole range of apparatus and modular circuit-breakers on DIN rails inside them, combined with special modular pre-drilled and hinged front panels, thereby allowing construction of type AS/ANS electrical switchgear complying with the EN 60439-1 (CEI 17/13-1) Standards.
The ABB SRN Enclosure is now available in RAL 7035.
