The extent and nature of the collection and use of your data differ according to whether you only visit our website to retrieve information or to use services offered by us:

a) Informative use

If you only use our website to obtain information, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data on your own. In this case, we instead only collect and use Data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as:

4. Newsletter

In order to be able to sign up for our email newsletter, we require at least your email address, to which the newsletter is to be sent, in addition to your data protection consent. Any further information is voluntary and will be used to address you personally and to personalise the content of the newsletter as well as to be able to clarify questions regarding the email address. As a rule, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending our newsletter, ie we will only send you the newsletter if you have previously submitted your registration via a confirmation email sent to you for this purpose via the confirm link. We want to make sure that as the owner of the specified email address, only you can subscribe to the newsletter. Your confirmation of this must be made promptly after receipt of the confirmation email, otherwise your newsletter subscription will be automatically deleted from our database. You can unsubscribe anytime. The "g+" button of the Google Plus social network can be recognised by the "g+" sign on a white background. f) Inclusion of YouTube videos

Videos are also included on our pages www.youtube.com (YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA) and are playable on our website. If you watch such a video on one of our sites, you will be connected to the servers of YouTube and told which of our sites you have visited.

If you have a YouTube account and are logged into it, you allow YouTube to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before viewing our pages and videos.

8. Secure Data Transmission

Your personal information is securely transmitted to us through encryption. This applies to your registration and login to the user account. We use the so-called HTTPS method (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). The data is encrypted and a secure connection between us as the operator of the website and your browser can be established.
