Marion joined Schneider Electric in November bringing HR experience from multiple sectors including Tech, Financial and State Services and she will play an integral role in building and nurturing critical skills within Schneider Electric. Marion will lead Schneider Electric’s people strategy to help customers manage the energy transition by investing in skills to future-proof its workforce. Marion will work closely with Chris Collins, Country President Ireland and Dan Hutchinson, VP Human Resources UK & Ireland.
