While leading the European market, MGE UPS SYSTEMS has focused on markets outside Europe, such as Asia and North America. This was combined with a stronger presence in high-potential countries like Brazil, Russia, China and India. As part of this strategy, in 2006 MGE UPS SYSTEMS launched its wholly-owned subsidiary in India, where estimated UPS market growth is 20% a year.

In 2005-2006, 65% of the products, power management solutions and services were renewed to ensure the best answer to market needs. These launches were part of the “Intelligent Power for your business continuity” initiative: every new solution has been thought out and designed to provide customers with the highest power availability, system flexibility and total cost of ownership (TCO).
