The SOFT START feature is the ideal solution for replacing existing electromagnetic gear in HID downlight installations. Normally, electronics are limited in the number of gear per Mini Circuit Breaker. In many cases, replacing the electromagnetic gear also means changing the electrical installation with extra MCB groups and wiring.
Philips HID-PrimaVision with SOFT START can replace electromagnetic gear one to one. The number of gear is only determined by the system power.
