Schneider Electric has received the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Innovation in the field of power quality (PQ) and energy management solutions.

The award recognises Schneider Electric for its PowerLogic ION ranges.

  • Powerlogic ION EEM enterprise energy management solution that uses advanced energy modelling, a rate engine and dimensional analytics to help unite business, energy, emissions and power quality management strategies.
  • PowerLogic ION8800 and PowerLogic ION8600 energy and power quality meters which help reduce power utilities bill for energy use while meeting regulatory requirements and assuring network stability.
  • Frost and Sullivan also highlights the web-enabled power management software products PowerLogic ION Enterprise and PowerLogic System Manager, stating that they "go beyond the competition" in terms of helping users more quickly categorise and isolate power quality issues before they potentially cause equipment damage or downtime.
