Quiet, or you won't hear it! – the new Solo Plus from Vent-Axia

Now there's another, in the shape of the elegantly styled Vent-Axia Solo Plus range of bathroom and toilet ventilation fans.

The key Solo Plus benefit is the remarkable absence of fan noise, which, for a centrifugal extract unit designed to cope with the added resistance of extended ducting runs, takes some doing!

With everyday noise threatening to block out thought and eliminate any sort of tranquillity, the Vent-Axia Solo Plus is a more-than-welcome development.

As the front-line troops on the receiving end of domestic noise, householders will appreciate the super-quiet performance – with a boost-speed sound output of less than 40dBA, and normal running at as little as 20dBA, Solo Plus is one of the quietest units of its kind in the market, outperforming its competitors.

In social housing, where fan noise and electricity consumption are often raised as objections to essential ventilation for condensation control, the quiet, energy-efficient Solo Plus resolves the issues – giving hard-pressed housing managers a real helping hand.

And developers can add an extra air of calm efficiency and value to their houses, whilst complying fully with the ventilation requirements set out in Building Regulations Document F.

The configuration of the Solo Plus is an aesthetic plus too.  The smooth, grille-free fascia is the neatest possible complement to the sleekest interior design, further enhanced by the option of flush or surface mounting to suit the application.

At a practical level, the washable inlet filter simply unclips and slides out for easy cleaning – and clicks back into place just as easily, without touching screws or casings.  And connection to the outlet ducting is extremely simple, thanks to a rotatable spigot at the rear of the unit.

So Vent-Axia has been thinking 'inside the box' too!
