Weidmuller WaveLine Industrial Routers - Maximum security for accessing industrial networks

Weidmüller industrial routers ensure that different networks harmonise with one another without a problem and under the most stringent security standard. As well as the Ethernet to Ethernet variant there is a version with an integrated analogue modem also available. Weidmüller’s configuration software 'Device Configurator' is included in the range of supply; this facilitates reading out and adapting the router configuration, router group management, firmware updates as well as targeted parameterization of the firewall.

Furthermore, all router variations are equipped with two digital message inputs each. As a result, special functions can be implemented, such as a simple system dial-in, transmission of a service message directly to the machine at the touch of a button as well as directly switching-off of the WAN port through hardware support. In addition, additional messages can, for example, be passed on within the network environment via SNMP Trap through digital message inputs. WaveLine routers support remote maintenance and firewall applications.
